What we collect

We collect the following information:

• Information you submit. When you use our Contact form or Project Analysis form, we receive your name, company, work email, and inquiry details. On the Project Analysis form (Turnkey Solutions), we also receive the project specifications you enter.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, logs standard technical data when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide equipment sales and support, and to keep the site running and understand how it is used. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We rely on the following providers to operate the site. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms:

• Resend: delivers the emails generated by our website forms.
• Vercel: hosts the site, logs technical data, and provides Vercel Web Analytics.
• Google: provides the Google Maps embed on our About page.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies of its own, and it does not use advertising or social-media tracking scripts. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies to track visitors. The Google Maps embed on the About page is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies or collect technical data when that content loads. Google’s privacy practices are governed by Google’s own policies.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites, including social media platforms and Electron’s own website. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails, and the information in them, for as long as needed to respond, prepare quotes, and support any resulting equipment sale or service relationship. If no sale results, we generally delete inquiries within three years of our last communication with you. Records tied to a sale or service plan are kept longer where tax, accounting, or warranty obligations require it.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@atlanticindustrialfinishing.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
