INJ (Injector)

The Electron E-FEED+3 INJ Series powder coating injector is suitable for both manual and automatic applications. Thanks to its angled structure, Electron's 3rd-generation powder coating injector provides 25% more powder transfer than right-angle injectors and consumes 10% less air. PM1 (Powder Center)

PM1 Series paint centers are designed for applications where manual color changing is sufficient. Thanks to its simple design, it is user-friendly and allows various production applications with its flexible structure. It is a suitable solution for applications that require rare color changes. It is used together with Electron Filter Groups as an exhaust system.

PM2 (Powder Center)

E-FEED+3 PM2 Series powder centers are designed for applications where semi-automatic color change is needed. They provide fast cleaning as well as effective and homogeneous powder transfer, and are used together with Electron Filter Groups as an exhaust system. Thanks to its motion-activated mechanism, it provides automatic cleaning of the system by directly supplying air to the injector line — an optimal solution for productions requiring medium-frequency color changes.

HD (Quick Self-Cleaning)

VHC2 (Powder Recovery)

The Electron E-FEED+3 VHC2 is important in terms of sustainability and is used for the transfer of recovered powder. It enables powder recovered from the cyclone bottom to be transferred to the Powder Center, Powder Tank, etc. quickly with its high transfer capacity. It also offers advantageous paint transfer solutions thanks to its easy maintenance.
